DMC Unmovable Vacuum Homogenizer Mixers make it possible to produce emulsions, skin & body care products, hair care, gels, creams, conditioners, make-up, toothpaste, etc.
The combined action of the counter rotating blades and the homogenization turbine allows the production of excellent emulsions in terms of dispersion, gloss and shelf life.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Parts in contact with the product made of mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel.
- Jar cleaning by spray ball or CIP system.
- Mixing by counter-rotating paddle system and PTFE scraper.
- Turbine placed on the jar bottom.
- Liquid ring vacuum pump.
- Heating by electric heating elements placed on the bottom regulated by water or diathermic oil; steam heating.
- Possibility of adapting the machine to Industry 4.0.
- Possibility of constant temperature maintenance by PLC and automatically operated valves.
