Automatic Bottle Unscrambler

The DMC Automatic Bottle Unscrambler is a machine designed to optimize the production flow in bottling lines. Through a fully automated process, the system picks up randomly arranged bottles, correctly orients them, and transfers them onto the conveyor belt, ready for subsequent filling and packaging stages. This reduces processing times and minimizes manual interventions, increasing overall line efficiency.

Bottles are analyzed, oriented, and precisely positioned thanks to optical sensors and a robotic arm. The entire process is managed through an intuitive touch screen control panel, allowing the operator to set and monitor operational parameters in real time.
