DMC Turboemulsifiers and Vacuumless Mixers can be used to produce emulsions, skin & body care products, gels, and shampoos. They can be used to serve the turboemulsifier to heat a phase (aqueous or oily) or as a preparation unit for some products such as shampoos, gels, cleansers, lotions and creams.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • Parts in contact with the product made of mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel.
  • Jar cleaning by spray ball or CIP system.
  • Mixing by counter-rotating paddle system and PTFE scraper.
  • Mixing speed control by inverter.
  • Possibility of heating by electric heating elements or steam.
  • Intercavity with circulation of water or diathermic liquids.
  • Domed bottom with full discharge.
  • Possibility of adapting the machine to Industry 4.0.
